Briosu partners with major international shipping companies such as Colissimo, Colis Privé, Mondial Relay, and others, which collaborate with local couriers. This enables us to ship directly to your doorstep while proudly offering flat-rate shipping worldwide.

You will be charged once your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment. Processing may take several days. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process

We typically require 1 to 3 business days to process your order and transport it to the carrier’s sorting center. Certain items may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 5 days) or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes (including address modifications). We ship only to the address provided at the time of purchase.

We ship exclusively on business days and not on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to varying manufacturing partner locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped to the carrier's sorting center.

For some shipping companies, it may take several days for tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information associated with your tracking number, please contact us.

Deliveries

Shipping times vary depending on the country or region. Exact delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Below are our estimated delivery times for your reference:

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Briosu cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, public holidays, inclement weather, labor disputes, protests, and similar events.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or clearance fees, which are collected when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Briosu has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for the import taxes and return shipping fees.

Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Briosu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report the issue and/or file a claim with the respective carrier.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before placing an order. As we begin processing your order immediately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been submitted. If the order has already been processed by our shipping team, we are unable to retrieve it for an address change.
